- Domestic orders undergo processing within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery window of 4-7 business days. For regions situated in remote areas or facing logistical challenges, delivery may extend to 10-12 working days.
- Our delivery timings span from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Responsibility for the condition of goods shifts upon delivery, and any damages thereafter are not attributable to Recovr.
- Should you encounter any issues with your order, kindly reach out to our dedicated Customer Care team within 7 business days post-delivery for swift resolution.
Shipping Charges:
For orders across India, we offer complimentary domestic shipping on all purchases totalling ₹ 499 and above. Orders below ₹ 499 incur a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹ 90.
Cancellation Policy:

At Recovr, we prioritize customer satisfaction. While we strive to deliver impeccable products, we understand that issues may arise. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return within 7 working days from the date of receipt, but please note, we do not offer exchange. Returns are accepted only in the event of receiving a damaged product or if the product is missing from your order.
Before initiating a return request, kindly ensure the following conditions are met:
- Correct Product: The product’s details such as name, image, brand, and barcode must match, with the MRP tag intact.
- Ensure all in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combos are present.
- The product should be in unused, unwashed, and unsoiled condition, with all quality check seals intact.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
- In the case of COD orders, refunds are processed to the provided bank account within 15 days.
